This is still a problem in 24.04 with the Snap version of LibreOffice
(which of course is the default version you're presented with when you
search for it in the store)

I have multiple network drives mounted with gvfs. From LibreOffice, I
cannot open or save files to these locations using the file chooser
window. The mounted locations do not even show in the window at all.

Title:
[snap] cannot open files on samba shares

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
The LO snap (version 5.4.2.2, currently in the candidate channel)
silently fails to open files on samba shares. I'm not seeing related
apparmor denials, and no error message, but files are not opened.
