In the screen-shot the test "\320\226\320\270\321\207\320\275\320\260 \320\262\321\200\321\212\320\267\320\272\320\260" is Octet-Back-Slash- Encoded UTF-8 of the Bulgarian text "Жична връзка", which is the default name for new Ethernet network connections suggested by the Network Manager applet.
