Title:
  Gnome Shell crash after some other program shutdown normally.

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Randomly Gnome Shell crashes when I quit a memory heavy program.

  It is now  stressful to close a program and risk having every other
  programs in the session shutdown as well with the Gnome Session
  because the Gnome Shell was taken down on cascade of crashes.
