I don't think this is an issue anymore since the logo is being moved to
the center now as per LP: #2076189, so we can drop noble side of this.

Bug description:
  In the Ubuntu Pro page the logo is not aligned to the left and also
  dances around depending on the window dimensions.

  This is only a problem with the GTK4 port, thus only occurs from 24.04
  on.
