Bug description:
This is a minimal MIR for tracking purposes. mozjs128 is the
replacement for mozjs115.
See https://launchpad.net/bugs/1962591 for historical info. It looks
like we did swaps to mozjs102 and mozjs115 without any additional
tracking bugs.
mozjs115 needs to stay in universe since it is used by the Cinnamon
gjs fork, cjs. It takes the Cinnamon developers time to rebase on
newer gjs and that is unlikely to happen before Ubuntu 24.10 is
released.
