Bug description:
I'm upgrading my odroid xu4 from ubuntu 22 to 24 because it wanted so
when I logged in via ssh. I'm doing do-release-upgrade. It tried to
migrate chromium to snap but couldn't contact the snap store. It
seemed like some DNS resolution was broken (pinging anything gave
Temporary failure in name resolution). I added 1.1.1.1 to
/etc/resolv.conf and then do-release-upgrade could contact the snap
store, but it printed some random error messages and suggested opening
this bug report
