Public bug reported: After upgrading to Ubuntu 23.04, I keep receiving popup notifications from "NetworkManager Applet" telling me that I am connected to a wifi network or disconnected from a wifi network. I repeatedly click on "Don't show this again", but they keep on being shown. My desktop environment is Unity.
