Public bug reported:

OS: 23.04
gnome-control-center: 44.0-1ubuntu3
bluez: 5.66-0ubuntu1

I use a common bose QC45 headset daily and if I want to disconnect the
device, I need to click the toggle slider twice to actually get the
headset to disconnect (I hear confirmation of this in the headset).

I would expect to only have to click the slider once to disconnect from
the device.
