Public bug reported:

At the update of fontconfig to version 2.14.1-3ubuntu1, an Ubuntu patch,
which previously added a config file under /etc, was dropped. Hence I
tried to have the file removed via this line in debian/fontconfig-
config.maintscript:

rm_conffile /etc/fonts/conf.avail/10-antialias.conf 2.14.1-3ubuntu1~

But for some reason it refuses to remove that file when upgrading.

It should be mentioned that the upgrade changes the architecture for the
fontconfig-config package from "all" to "any". Possibly that has
something to do with it.

The leftover file does not cause a problem in this case, but if it's a
general issue I thought it's still worth reporting.
