** Description changed: After I click on the "unmount" icon next to the USB device in the file tree sidebar on Nautilus, the notification appears with the text "do not unplug/remove the device". The problem is that the notification doesn't go away for several time, even if the writing process is already finished, also with that notification still visible in the right top corner I can remount the USN by clicking its name in Nautilus, use it, and unmount it. If I copy something in the USB, the "copying files" popup process should finish only if the writing process is really completed (as it was in the previous Ubuntu versions...). I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS. apt-cache policy nautilus: nautilus: Installato: 1:42.2-0ubuntu1 Candidato: 1:42.2-0ubuntu1 Tabella versione: *** 1:42.2-0ubuntu1 100 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 1:42.0-1ubuntu2 500 500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/main amd64 Packages + --- + ProblemType: Bug + ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu82.1 + Architecture: amd64 + CasperMD5CheckResult: unknown + CurrentDesktop: ubuntu:GNOME + DistroRelease: Ubuntu 22.04 + GsettingsChanges: + b'org.gnome.nautilus.list-view' b'default-zoom-level' b"'small'" + b'org.gnome.nautilus.preferences' b'default-folder-viewer' b"'list-view'" + b'org.gnome.nautilus.preferences' b'show-delete-permanently' b'true' + b'org.gnome.nautilus.window-state' b'maximized' b'true' + InstallationDate: Installed on 2022-10-06 (103 days ago) + InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS "Focal Fossa" - Release amd64 (20200731) + Package: nautilus 1:42.2-0ubuntu1 [origin: unknown] + PackageArchitecture: amd64 + ProcEnviron: + TERM=xterm-256color + PATH=(custom, no user) + XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=<set> + LANG=it_IT.UTF-8 + SHELL=/bin/bash + ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.15.0-56.62-generic 5.15.64 + Tags: jammy third-party-packages wayland-session + Uname: Linux 5.15.0-56-generic x86_64 + UnreportableReason: Questo non sembra essere un pacchetto ufficiale Ubuntu.
