[Steps to reproduce] 1. Install the 22.04 2. Boot and login 3. Open a folder or terminal 4. Drag-n-drop the title bar of nautilus or terminal windows with finger touch 5. Drag-n-drop the title bar of nautilus or terminal windows with the Wacom Pen [Expected result] Both finger touch and wacom pen work normally. [Actual result] Wacom Pen works normally, finger touch can not move the windows.
