Bug description:
Ubuntu kinetic kudu 22.10 has permission issues with Pipewire and also
Wireplumber seems to have similar issues. Notably the AAC codec is
missing in the settings, when a bluetooth device that is capable of
that codec is connected, which is not an issue with other
distributions that use pipewire. These are the logs of Pipewire on
Ubuntu 22.10.
Started PipeWire Multimedia Service.
