Public bug reported:

When testing the Ubuntu 22.10 (kinetic) Desktop for Raspberry Pi on a
Raspberry Pi 400 (the keyboard-based model), the new pipewire stack
selects a non-existent audio output by default. Specifically, the output
device listed in the gnome control center is "Analogue Output - Built-in
Audio".

On the Raspberry Pi 4 this refers to the auxiliary output (the 3.5mm
headphone jack on the board), however the Pi 400 has no such output.
Under the older pulseaudio stack, this was correctly identified and the
HDMI output was correctly selected on the Pi 400 (though, notably, the
older stack got the default output wrong on the Pi 4; see LP: #1877194).

** Affects: pipewire (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
