Same with me. This also causes terminal windows to go out of foreground, so when typing passwords you literally can't input the password correctly in terminal windows.

Hovering the mouse over the multiload indicator shows a menu that is constantly changing size and position. Closing the app removes the indicator and the indicator area stays calm again.
