gnome-session fails to build on kinetic

Bug description:
gnome-session fails to build on kinetic because it tries to install
gnome-session-custom-session.
See https://bugs.debian.org/1013672 for more details. Basically, we
don't enable the enable_session_selector build option and gnome-
session now correctly doesn't install gnome-session-custom-session in
that case.
