Can you please test and confirm whether this works for you?

Title:
Firefox does not respect policies.json file anymore.
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I use ansible to deploy policies.json file into
/usr/lib/firefox/distribution/ folder in order to ensure that all
family users use the same set of plugins on all of the ubuntu machines
we have.
I found that in ubuntu 22.04 this is not the case anymore.
If I open the following page in firefox: about:policies I get the
following message:
The Enterprise Policies service is inactive.
Please advise if this is intended and if there is a replacement
mechanism.
Note: I visited the documentation of mozilla and could not find
anything on this subject related to linux.
