Unable to save a bookmark

Bug description:
On Ubuntu 22.10 I'm unable to save a bookmark. Same problem with
Firefox snap installed: 102.0.1-1 (1551)
firefox-trunk: Installed: 104.0~a1~hg20220712r623561-0ubuntu0.22.10.1~umd1
both with X11 and Wayland session.
After saving a bookmark the star on right of the bar becomes red, but
bookmark does not appear in the bookmark list.
