** Description changed: I noticed some dynamic distortion starting today. It is not periodic but rather seems to be effected by the music played. Running a VM i do not get the same problem with windows. The distortion is also heard through the Analog port of my Lenovo USB C Dock Gen 2. I checked with different headphones/speakers the problem persists. + + Update 06.05.22: The Problem doesn't occur when i use a Bluetooth + speaker or the headphone jack from the laptop and not the dock. I wasnt + able to find an up to date ALSA driver using this guide + https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/UpgradingAlsa, the older ones didnt help. + The position fix quirk tipps + https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/PositionReporting didnt help. Nor the + various other commands from + https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure#Step.
