Ubuntu Jammy ISO contains xdg-desktop-portal-gtk but xdg-desktop-portal-gnome
is missing.
xdg-desktop-portal-gnome is needed for GIMP Color picker and Flameshot on
Wayland.

apt show xdg-desktop-portal-gnome says:
Non-GNOME GTK-based desktop environments should normally use
xdg-desktop-portal-gtk or their own portal implementation instead of
this one.
and Ubuntu 22.04 is a GNOME desktop, so xdg-desktop-portal-gnome should be
included in the ISO image.
