The WiFi indicator in top right corner is missing, when it appears the GUI is again responsive and I can type password or do anything else. This doesn't occur when on wired LAN (docked). The system is Lenovo Yoga P40 laptop, WiFi is Intel 8260 dual WiFi/Bluetooth card. Turning Bluetooth on or off has no effect on this behavior, turning Wi-Fi off before suspending removes the problem. As a newcomer, I am not sure what other information should I attach, please let me know what additional info would be helpful.
