Turn on then turn off the High Contrast in Universal Acess, the system
theme will restore to default theme.
在通用辅助中打开然后关闭高对比度，系统的主题会恢复至默认主题
Steps:
1. Enter into System Settings-->Appearance, change the system theme
2. Enter into System Settings-->Universal Access, turn on High Contrast
3. Turn off High Contrast
-->Failed. The system theme will restore to default theme.
