The built-in extensions (Desktop Icons, Ubuntu AppIndicators, Ubuntu Dock) can be deactivated using the Extensions app. Is it enough to close the issue?

In tweak tool the ubuntu dock and the ubuntu appindicators shows up as off but are still on. These plus the addition apps button should re implemented to improve Ubuntu UX. Im aware the gnome-session is available to install.
