Title:
very tiny fonts on top bar. I downgraded libmutter package temporarily
  as a workaround

Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The temporary solution is:

  sudo apt install libmutter-6-0=3.36.1-3ubuntu3 gir1.2-mutter-6=3.36.1-3ubuntu3
  sudo apt-mark hold libmutter-6-0

This bug seems to be realated to nvdia graphic cards drivers as there
is no bug when using the open source nvidia driver.

Waiting for you to find a solution guys.

I'm not the only one with this bug. I've found the temporary solution
  on the net.

  Thank-you
