Title: sort by top rated isn't sorted Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I expected the "sort by" (not actually labeled) drop-down menu to sort by "top rated" if "top rated" was selected. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Several five star apps are scattered throughout the list, and some of the lowest-rated apps are in the middle.
