Thank you for your bug report, indeed that's an issue on edge but not
stable, gnome-software 3.38 deb from the archive seems to have the same
issue though

Issue summary:
Debs viewed in snap-store incorrectly show zero bytes download size.
Steps to reproduce
* Open Snap Store
* Navigate to a random deb (I chose ReText)
* Scroll down
* Observe "Download Size" is 0 bytes
* Note that the deb isn't actually 0 bytes in size
