- Ubuntu 20.10 running Wayland - apparmor 3.0.0-0ubuntu1 Error description: After upgrading from Ubuntu 20.04 to 20.10 my GDM crashes regularly even without user interaction when the computer is left unused. After the crash the purple login screen shows and all open programs have been terminated (and unsaved data is lost). dmesg reveals that the issue is related to the "Ubuntu Software" Snap application in conjunction with apparmor. Probably the issue occurs when Ubuntu Software app is checking for updates in the background - hence it occurs without user interaction.
