Ubuntu app wont start - shortcut from wslusc

Bug description:
I am trying to run created desktop shortcut to open my wsl gui
doublecmd app. But nothing happens.
There is no error output when I run shortcut in cmd, neither when I
run whole command. I tried several gui apps and none of them works.
Apps are running well in wsl terminal of course.
