what version to what version? if you upgrade again doesn't it restore
the issue?

  Drag & Drop not working

Bug description:
  After the latest update, Nautilus file manager in 20.04 no longer
  offers file drag and drop.  You cannot select or even move the file(s)
  to another Nautilus window.  Right context window commands still
  function.
