The builds for 78.0 beta 9 in the firefox-next PPA (https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive/ubuntu/firefox- next/+build/19478520) start correctly, all subsequent builds (starting with 78.0+build1) exhibit the hang at startup.
