The crash in comment #9 is /opt/teamviewer/tv_bin/TeamViewer_Desktop
While that doesn't appear to be a supported component of Ubuntu, if that is the main crash you experience then it would account for this bug. But still, we can't help with crashes of TeamViewer itself. So let's ignore any crashes in TeamViewer binaries here. We're only interested in crashes of 'gnome-shell' or 'Xorg'. Because those are provided by Ubuntu. Please continue repeating the steps from comment #2 as we still need to figure out the signature of a recurring problem in gnome-shell, if any. You also seem to have the extension 'dash-to-dock' loaded so please try removing that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1880728 Title: [amdgpu] Gnome Shell freeze Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: was logged in through team viewer and got kicked out. when i was able to physically access the machine the screens were on, but was not able to move the mouse or interact with the computer. performed hard reboot to get it back on.
