Title:
Night Light schedule on Dual Screens does not turn off on primary
  screen

Status in GNOME Settings Daemon:
  Unknown
Status in gnome-settings-daemon package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have a dual monitor setup - primary screen is the internal display
(laptop), secondary screen is an external monitor connected via VGA
  out.

I have been using Night Light screen tinting since 19.10. The schedule is set
to Sunset to Sunrise.
it turns on as expected. When it turns off in the morning, it only turns off
on the external monitor, the internal monitor still has the tint applied.

I have to go into display settings and manually turn off and turn
night light in order to revert the tint.
