Practically if I try to drag in the taskbar on the left an application
freezes everything and you cannot make squares in the desk nor click

Bug description:
Practically if I try to drag in the taskbar on the left an application
freezes everything and you cannot make squares in the desk nor click
on other apps in the bar nor turn off the computer, only the open tabs
work. Even some app icons that I closed don't show up and if I click
on all apps it doesn't work.
