Title:
  Gstreamer installation is missing a plug in

Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  it's look like no accident when start to play mp3, but at several files 
*.mp3, that error massage countinuosly show up.
  files *.mp3, i download from mp3raid websites.
  is there any new plugin for that or new extension?
