The crash is directly inside 'sound-output-device-chooser' so just
remove that if it becomes annoying. Also report the crash to the creator
of that extension.

Title:
  gnome-shell extension 'sound-output-device-chooser' crashed with
  SIGABRT in gvc_mixer_card_get_profile()

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I had just booted and logged in. I am using Guake terminal. I had
  opened it and began typing when the shell crashed and I was brought
  back to the desktop. It may have been a coincidence but that's the
  only action I had taken prior to the crash.
