Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS live QA-test

On right clicking "Show Applications", you are presented with a "Dash to
Dock Settings" option, on selecting that I get an error message

Execution of "gnome-shell-extension-prefs" failed: Command not found.

The error message is not expected, on an available option. Maybe it's
not included, but the error message isn't very useful for users as given
as it disappears rather quickly.

I suspect this issue will be a duplicate, alas I couldn't find it and didn't
get a response on IRC.
