Has this bug been re-added somewhere? If so, could someone post a link? I'm experiencing a dead cursor appearing in Ubuntu 19.10. I always run my monitors at 100% scaling and have dual monitors. I am also running an AMD RX Vega 56. I've been running in Wayland. I haven't seen if the issue occurs on X11 or not.
