This appears to be an intentional design decision. Note that
transferred/size shouldn't be understood as a fraction, it's two
separate metrics for the same thing: one is the size uncompressed, and
one is the size that was actually transferred (usually smaller, because
some compression was used along the way).

  1) Ubuntu 19.10
  2) Firefox 71
  3) Transferred data should be displayed to the left of the total size.
  4) Transferred data is displayed in the incorrect position.
