Hi folks, I have now tested in the latest versions of both PyCharm (PyCharm 2019.3.1 (Professional Edition) Build #PY-193.5662.61) and IntelliJ (2019.3.1 Ultimate Edition Build #IU-193.5662.53) and can (unfortunately) confirm that the issue continues to persist in both cases.
Happy to provide any further debug information if someone can tell me what to do.
