OK. This way it is even faster, just increase amount of free space in clock
with spaces and hide scrollbar off-screen.

  This is the bug which might have been gone unnoticed for very long time.

  Basic workaround is setting snapping right +25 pixels and hiding
  scrollbar portion of any window off-screen.
