Unable to paste files from Nautilus to the desktop

Bug description:
1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) Files app 1:3.34.1-1ubuntu1
3) Open Files app. Copy file. Right click on Desktop. Select paste.
4) Unable to paste the file to the desktop.
