You can see some information about these when clicking the power button from the top right corner, selecting system settings, and clicking the system info icon. There is info about Memory size, processor type and frequency, Graphics, os type and a disk size. You can also see most of this and even more information in gnome system monitor's system tab (run gnome-system-monitor, select the system tab).
