Can we expedite release of this, and so get the original pulseaudio update restored quickly?
I just had to help someone force downgrade pulseaudio packages from the update, as deleting that update that after they had upgraded meant that when they wanted to install pulseaudio -dev packages, they were uninstallable. e.g. The following packages have unmet dependencies. libpulse-dev : Depends: libpulse0 (= 1:11.1-1ubuntu7.4) but 1:11.1-1ubuntu7.5 is to be installed Depends: libpulse-mainloop-glib0 (= 1:11.1-1ubuntu7.4) but 1:11.1-1ubuntu7.5 is to be installed E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to snapd-glib in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1856196 Title: Lower the snapd recommends to a suggests Status in snapd-glib package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in snapd-glib source package in Xenial: Fix Committed Status in snapd-glib source package in Bionic: Fix Committed Status in snapd-glib source package in Disco: Fix Committed Status in snapd-glib source package in Eoan: Fix Committed Status in snapd-glib source package in Focal: Fix Released Bug description: * Impact libsnapd-glib is a small library used to talk to snapd.
