** Description changed: 1) Ubuntu 19.10 2) 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0 3) I searched for "Pinta" in Unbuntu Software. I clicked the installation button, I expected it to install. 4) The install got stuck at 0% for several minutes. I was able to load a webpage, so my internet connection was good. I cancelled the installation of Pinta. Launch and Remove buttons appeared. If I click the launch button, nothing happens. Pinta is listed on the install screen. If I click the Remove button, I get a removal confirmation message. If I click the Remove button, there is a "Unable to remove Pinta" notification. + --- + ProblemType: Bug + ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu8.2 + Architecture: amd64 + CurrentDesktop: ubuntu:GNOME + DistroRelease: Ubuntu 19.10 + InstallationDate: Installed on 2019-10-28 (36 days ago) + InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 19.10 "Eoan Ermine" - Release amd64 (20191017) + InstalledPlugins: + gnome-software-plugin-flatpak N/A + gnome-software-plugin-snap 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0 + Package: gnome-software 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0 + PackageArchitecture: amd64 + ProcEnviron: + TERM=xterm-256color + PATH=(custom, no user) + XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=<set> + LANG=en_US.UTF-8 + SHELL=/bin/bash + ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.3.0-23.25-generic 5.3.7 + Tags: wayland-session eoan + Uname: Linux 5.3.0-23-generic x86_64 + UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) + UserGroups: adm cdrom dip lpadmin lxd plugdev sambashare sudo + _MarkForUpload: True ** Attachment added: "Dependencies.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1854912/+attachment/5309623/+files/Dependencies.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-software in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1854912 Title: Installation stuck at 0% Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: 1) Ubuntu 19.10 2) 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0 3) I searched for "Pinta" in Unbuntu Software.
