Public bug reported: Hi,
when configuring a VPN connection (openvpn) with the Network-Manager applet (LXDE) even when leaving the password empty Network Manager insists on putting the password into the keyring and to reuse it, even if this does not make sense and causes an error message on the server side, if it's a one-time-password (state of the art). NM needs a One-Time-Password-Option. ** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to network-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1845627 Title: Network Manager doesn't deal with one time passwords for vpn connections Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Hi, when configuring a VPN connection (openvpn) with the Network-Manager applet (LXDE) even when leaving the password empty Network Manager insists on putting the password into the keyring and to reuse it, even if this does not make sense and causes an error message on the server side, if it's a one-time-password (state of the art).
