Public bug reported: This bug happens in Mono 5.18, in Ubuntu Disco (19.04). I am using the package 5.18.0.240+dfsg-2ubuntu2.
You can reproduce the bug with the attached test program. It has been fixed upstream in Mono 5.20, with quite a simple patch.
