What Utilities folder? In my nine years of using Ubuntu and dabbling with other distributions I've never seen any reference to "Utilities". I'm removing "100 Papercuts" as it's not a *trivial* procedure to introduce such reorganisation in Ubuntu or indeed in any other Linux distribution. See https://launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts
