Title:
While using Orca table navigation is off by one cell

Status in The Rhythmbox Music Management Application:
  Unknown
Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
When using the Orca screen reader, the list of items in the library
treeview is off by one. For example, if I try to go to the radio
station playlist, I am not placed on the radio item, even though Orca
says radio. I am instead placed on the podcasts playlist.
