Title:
Chromium 69 is partly broken with PulseAudio

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Behaviour of input anbd output devices was changed and partly broken
  in chromium 69, see
  https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=880180.

Including, but not only, partly breaking switching input and output
devices in pavucontrol, see commennt #26 by the link above. Also, I'm
not sure how it will behave with module-switch-on-connect (my comment
  about it is #27).

For my use-cases it is a severe regression, and I blocked updating to
  69.
