On Precise, the output from the same man page is: \fBmosquitto\fR(8) \fBmosquitto-conf\fR(5) and when viewed in man this looks like "mosquitto(8) mosquitto- conf(5)" as expected. The xml man pages and Makefile to generate the troff output can be found in http://mosquitto.org/files/source/mosquitto-1.2.3.tar.gz in the man directory.
