Sometimes it appears just by moving my mouse. It's that orange film you see when you move a minimized document close to the top of the screen to be maximized. The difference here is that it happens even when I don't have a document open. The screen can be blank or I can be looking at a web page. Is there anyway I can make an adjustment to make this screen go away? It's very distracting and it interferes with the quality of what ever I am doing or reading. Thank you.
